This property was amazing. We were greeted very warmly when we checked in. We asked for recommendations for dinner and it was suggested we go to Jack Sprouts. This restaurant was very relaxing and the food was delicious. Our room was very clean. The hotel is older but well kept. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. The cold foods were cold and hot foods were hot. Coffee was delicious. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
We stayed last week at the Cottage Grove Inn in a room with a king bed and jacuzzi tub. The tub is large enough for two people. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave, TV and was clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent with hot food that was constantly monitored for quantity and quality. We will use this hotel again.
The staff were excellent during my stay. I had to book a room last minute on a business trip here & CGI was more than accommodating. Sabrina in the front desk was most helpful & very kind. I even got locked out of my room by accident & she didn’t even give me a hard time :) great price point, I will definitely be back again

My husband and I had a night away so we decided to try this place because they had in room jacuzzi's. The room was great, the tub is large and deep and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast has a great selection of items, coffee was strong and the dining room is spacious. Definitely would stay again.
Easy off freeway , very comfortable beds. Good breakfast which was included. Pet fee is misleading, room said “ king pet friendly “ it was $25 more than just the King room, you would assume that was including the pet fee, well it’s not, pretty ridiculous.
Our stay last night was very enjoyable in every way. Beautiful, clean, warm and enjoyable room. Friendly staff and lovely hot breakfast, BUT, that bed...we must know it's brand because it was perfect!
Much better in every way than I had expected, actually. Great room, great location, everything. The single best thing about the entire experience, though, was a staff member named Christian. He was so above and beyond, literally every time I saw him it was incredible. He made the single biggest difference in our stay. If I was to rate our visit a 10/10, he easily, professionally, and proficiently made it a 20/10. He cares so much genuinely about guests I was shocked. Prior to this visit I had considered other places for my family to stay, and after encountering him I had zero desire to ever be anywhere else when I am in this City. Hats off to Christian to the max.
